Our 5-Year Ceramic Package includes warranty protection for premature coating failure under normal use and required maintenance.
This warranty applies to the ceramic coating itself, not to the underlying paint.

Review and inspection by Rinzer if a coating-performance issue is reported
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty is intended to cover premature failure of the ceramic coating when:
the coating was properly installed by Rinzer
the vehicle has been properly maintained
required annual maintenance and inspection have been completed
the issue is determined by Rinzer to be a coating-related failure
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
rock chips
scratches
swirl marks
paint chips
etching
oxidation
damage from neglect
water spotting or contamination left on the surface too long
bird droppings, sap, bug residue, or hard water spots not removed promptly
damage from automatic brush washes
damage from harsh chemicals or improper washing methods
polishing, compounding, sanding, or paint correction after installation
accidents, body work, repainting, wraps, or third-party work on coated panels
Warranty Maintenance Requirements
To maintain warranty eligibility:
the vehicle must return to Rinzer for an annual decontamination and inspection each year
the first annual decon is included
future annual decon/inspection visits are required to keep the warranty active
automatic brush washes are not permitted
abrasive polishing or compounding after installation is not permitted
contaminants such as bird droppings, sap, bug residue, and hard water spots should be removed promptly
What May Void Warranty Coverage
Warranty protection may be denied or voided if:
the required annual decon/inspection is skipped
the vehicle is repeatedly neglected
the vehicle is run through automatic brush washes
the coated surface is polished, compounded, or otherwise abraded
coated panels are repainted, wrapped, repaired, or altered
maintenance requirements are not followed
If You Believe There’s a Warranty Issue
If you believe the coating failed early, contact Rinzer and we’ll review it.
An in-person inspection may be required before any warranty decision is made.
All warranty determinations are made based on:
coating condition
maintenance history
likely cause of failure
Approved Warranty Remedy
If Rinzer determines that a valid warranty issue exists, Rinzer may, at its discretion:
repair the affected area
reapply coating to the affected area
provide another coating-related corrective remedy
Warranty remedy is limited to the corrective action approved by Rinzer.
This warranty does not guarantee cash compensation or a full vehicle recoating unless Rinzer explicitly approves it.
Transferability
This warranty is not transferable unless Rinzer approves it in writing.
