Rinzer Wash Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 18, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services, bookings, purchases, promotions, gift cards, rewards, referral credits, ceramic coating deposits, and related offerings provided by AMM Mobile Wash, LLC d/b/a Rinzer Wash (“Rinzer Wash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a service, purchasing a gift card, participating in a program, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

Rinzer Wash provides mobile car detailing and related vehicle care services at a location selected by the customer and approved by Rinzer Wash. Services, packages, pricing, and availability may vary based on vehicle size, vehicle condition, service location, requested add-ons, time required, weather, and scheduling constraints.

2. Booking, Pricing & Payments

Bookings

Bookings must be made through our official website and/or approved booking platform(s), unless otherwise approved by us in writing.

Standard Service Payments

For non-ceramic services, payment is generally due upon service completion and/or upon issuance of an invoice or payment link, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Ceramic Coating Deposit

Ceramic coating bookings require a $250 deposit to reserve the appointment. The deposit is applied to the final invoice. Applicable tax is added at completion. Ceramic coating deposit terms are further described in Section 5 below.

Pricing Assumptions

Listed prices assume a vehicle in reasonable, typical condition for the selected service. Final pricing may increase if the vehicle requires additional labor, time, materials, or special handling due to factors including, but not limited to:

  • excessive dirt or neglect

  • stains

  • pet hair

  • sand

  • sap

  • excessive contamination

  • bodily fluids or other biohazards

  • mold or mildew

  • conditions requiring specialty products, additional labor, or additional correction

Scope Changes / Upcharges

If we determine that an upcharge, add-on, or scope change is required, we will notify you before proceeding when reasonably possible. If you decline, we may complete a reduced scope, reschedule, or cancel the service.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods we may make available from time to time.

3. Customer Responsibilities (Access, Readiness & Safety)

You agree to:

  • provide safe, legal, and practical access to the vehicle and work area

  • ensure the vehicle is available, accessible, and ready at the scheduled time

  • provide keys and/or access as needed for service completion

  • remove valuables and personal property from the vehicle

  • secure pets and maintain a safe environment for our crew

  • disclose any known hazards, special conditions, or limitations that may affect service

We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property left in the vehicle.

If access is restricted, unsafe, illegal, or impractical, or if conditions pose a safety or equipment risk, we may refuse service, reduce scope, or reschedule.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Standard Services

  • Customer cancellations or reschedules made within 2 hours of the appointment may incur a $25 fee.

  • No-shows may be charged in full where permitted by law.

  • If we arrive and cannot begin because the vehicle is unavailable, inaccessible, or the work area is unsuitable, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.

Our Rescheduling Rights

We may reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, traffic, staff availability, or other operational circumstances.

5. Ceramic Coating Cancel / Reschedule Policy

Ceramic coating appointments reserve substantial technician time and calendar capacity. By booking a ceramic coating service, you agree to the following:

  • A $250 deposit is required to reserve the appointment.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, except as expressly stated below.

  • The deposit is applied to your final invoice.

Customer Reschedule / Cancellation

  • If you reschedule with 48 or more hours’ notice, the deposit may be transferred one time to a new date.

  • If you reschedule or cancel inside 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited because a full day or substantial reserved time was held for your appointment.

  • If you cancel the same day or do not show up, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.

Weather Exception

If Rinzer Wash postpones due to weather or unsafe conditions, your deposit transfers to the new date with no penalty.

If Rinzer Wash Cancels (Non-Weather)

If Rinzer Wash cancels for a non-weather reason, your deposit will be either:

  • transferred to a new date, or

  • refunded,

at your choice.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

Services may be postponed, interrupted, modified, or canceled due to rain, storms, extreme temperatures, unsafe conditions, acts of God, road closures, equipment failure, labor shortages, government action, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule when appropriate.

7. Vehicle Condition, Results & Expectations

Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak or failed components, brittle plastics, failing trim, aftermarket modifications, defective paint or clear coat, worn interiors, damaged upholstery, prior poor repairs, or similar existing conditions.

Normal Detailing Risks

Detailing may expose existing issues such as loose trim, degraded seals, failing adhesives, oxidized paint, or fragile surfaces. You accept these normal risks of service.

Results Vary

We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, scratches, swirls, water spots, etching, overspray, embedded contaminants, or other defects. Results depend on the condition of the vehicle, materials, prior treatments, and the service selected.

8. Hazards & Biohazard Conditions

If the vehicle contains hazardous, unsafe, or unsanitary conditions, including but not limited to bodily fluids, needles, infestations, chemical spills, severe mold/mildew, or similar risks, we may, in our discretion:

  • decline service,

  • require a specialized add-on or surcharge,

  • reduce scope, or

  • reschedule after remediation.

Crew safety and equipment protection come first.

9. Ceramic Coating Services

Ceramic coating services are premium services and are subject to additional conditions.

Inspection / Final Scope

Ceramic coating pricing assumes the vehicle is in the condition reasonably represented at booking. Final scope may change after in-person inspection. Additional prep, decontamination, polishing, paint correction, or related work may require an added charge or revised quote.

Durability / Performance

Ceramic coatings improve protection and maintenance characteristics, but they do not make a vehicle scratch-proof, chip-proof, damage-proof, or maintenance-free. Performance and longevity depend on factors including vehicle condition, environmental exposure, wash methods, maintenance, and customer care.

Separate Warranty / Aftercare Terms

If Rinzer Wash provides a separate ceramic coating warranty page, warranty document, or aftercare instructions, those terms are incorporated by reference and control with respect to coating-related warranty and maintenance matters. Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect eligibility under any separate coating warranty.

10. Rinzer Rewards Program

Rinzer Wash may offer a promotional rewards program called Rinzer Rewards. Participation is subject to these Terms and any additional written rules we may publish.

Nature of Rewards

Rinzer Rewards are promotional credits, not cash, not banked funds, and not purchased gift cards. Rewards have no cash value except where required by law and may only be applied toward future eligible Rinzer Wash services.

Eligibility

Rinzer Rewards are intended for eligible retail customers only.

The following are not eligible to earn standard Rinzer Rewards unless we expressly approve otherwise in writing:

  • business, commercial, fleet, dealer, or house accounts

  • customers currently enrolled in an active Rinzer membership/subscription plan

  • ceramic coating services

  • ceramic/coating-related services or excluded services

  • any account we flag for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or blacklist status

Earning Structure

Unless we state otherwise in writing:

  • on the first eligible completed visit, a customer earns 10% of the eligible service total, rounded to the nearest $5

  • after the first eligible completed visit, customers earn $10 in Rinzer Rewards for every $150 spent on eligible services

We may calculate, round, post, delay, or process rewards using our internal systems and accounting rules.

Eligible Spend

Rewards are earned only on eligible service spend as determined by Rinzer Wash. Taxes, tips, fees, gift card purchases, ceramic/coating services, membership charges, and other excluded items do not earn rewards unless we expressly state otherwise.

Redemption

Rewards may be applied only toward future eligible services and may not be redeemed for cash. Rewards are non-transferable, may not be sold, and may not be exchanged or combined in any way not expressly approved by us.

Expiration

Rinzer Rewards expire after 365 days of inactivity. For purposes of this program, inactivity means no completed eligible service on the customer account during that period.

Reversals / Adjustments

We may reduce, reverse, remove, freeze, or deny rewards, in whole or in part, for reasons including:

  • refunds

  • chargebacks

  • fraud

  • abuse

  • duplicate or mistaken awards

  • misuse of the program

  • account blacklist status

  • cancellation of a qualifying transaction

  • any conduct we reasonably believe is abusive or inconsistent with the purpose of the program

Changes / Termination

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate Rinzer Rewards at any time, including changing how rewards are earned, redeemed, or expired, subject to applicable law.

11. Referral Program

Rinzer Wash may offer a referral program from time to time. Participation is subject to these Terms and any additional written referral rules we publish.

Referral Reward Structure

Unless we state otherwise in writing:

  • the referrer may receive $20 in promotional credit

  • the referred customer may receive $20 in promotional credit

Referred Customer Eligibility

To qualify, the referred customer must be a genuinely new retail customer of Rinzer Wash. The following are not eligible referred customers:

  • existing customers

  • past customers

  • duplicate referrals

  • self-referrals

  • members of the same household as the referrer

  • business, commercial, fleet, or dealer accounts

  • any customer we determine is associated with abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the program

When Rewards Are Earned

The referred customer’s referral credit may be issued subject to our program rules and must be used within 30 days of issuance unless we state otherwise.

The referrer’s reward is earned only after the referred customer:

  1. books an eligible service,

  2. uses the referred-customer reward, and

  3. completes the qualifying service.

Expiration of Referrer Reward

Once issued, the referrer’s reward is treated as promotional credit in the same general bucket as Rinzer Rewards and expires under the same 365-day inactivity rule unless we state otherwise in writing.

Abuse / Final Determination

We may reject, reverse, cancel, withhold, or deny any referral reward if we suspect fraud, self-dealing, duplicate claims, household manipulation, commercial misuse, or any conduct inconsistent with the intended purpose of the referral program. We reserve the right to determine eligibility and validity in our sole reasonable discretion.

12. Promotions & Discounts

Promotions and discounts:

  • must be applied at booking or purchase unless we state otherwise

  • cannot be combined unless we explicitly say they can

  • do not apply retroactively

  • may be modified, paused, or ended at any time

  • may be refused, canceled, or reversed where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, duplication, or misuse

“First-time customer” promotions apply once per household unless we expressly state otherwise.

13. Gift Cards

Gift cards (“Gift Cards”) are subject to these Terms.

Redemption

Gift Cards are redeemable only for Rinzer Wash services and eligible add-ons.

No Cash Value

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Non-Refundable

Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

Balance Use

Gift Cards may be used across multiple visits until the balance is depleted.

Delivery Errors

The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate recipient details. We will make reasonable efforts to help with delivery issues when proof of purchase is provided.

Lost / Stolen / Unauthorized Use

Treat Gift Cards like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use. If you contact us promptly with proof of purchase and the gift card code/details, we may assist at our discretion.

Fraud / Resale

Resale is prohibited. We may refuse, cancel, delay, or hold transactions we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious.

14. Communications Consent

By providing your phone number and/or email address, booking a service, purchasing a gift card, or participating in Rinzer Rewards or the referral program, you agree that Rinzer Wash may send you service-related and program-related communications by call, text message, and email, including, for example:

  • booking confirmations

  • reminders

  • schedule updates

  • invoice/payment links

  • rewards/referral notices

  • account or service follow-ups

  • other transactional or program-related messages

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Consent to receive marketing/promotional communications, where applicable, is not a condition of purchase and may be withdrawn as provided in the message or by contacting us.

15. Damage Claims & Dispute Window

Any claim of damage allegedly caused by our service must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion and must include clear photo and/or video evidence.

We must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle and, if appropriate, offer a remedy such as rework.

Claims reported after this window may be denied.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Rinzer Wash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service, excluding tips, except where prohibited by law.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where applicable.

17. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Program Abuse

If you have a billing concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

Unjustified chargebacks, fraud, abuse, or manipulation may result in any or all of the following, where lawful:

  • service refusal

  • cancellation of future bookings

  • collection efforts

  • blacklist status

  • removal or reversal of rewards, referral credits, promotional credits, or other program benefits

18. Media (Photos / Videos)

We may take before-and-after photos or short videos for quality control, documentation, internal review, and marketing.

If you do not want your vehicle’s media used for marketing, you must notify us in writing before service begins.

19. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse, limit, stop, or cancel service for reasons including:

  • unsafe conditions

  • hostile, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

  • suspected fraud

  • illegal activity

  • non-payment

  • conditions that put our crew, equipment, or vehicle safety at risk

  • any situation where completing the service would be unsafe, impractical, unlawful, or unreasonable

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use of our services, gift cards, or programs after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
