1. Service Overview
Rinzer Wash provides mobile car detailing services at the customer’s selected location. By booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Booking & Payments
All bookings must be made online through our official website or app.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
We accept major credit/debit cards.
Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition, size, or add-on services.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a $25 fee.
No-shows will be charged in full.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or staff availability.
4. Vehicle Condition Disclaimers
Heavily soiled vehicles (excessive mud, pet hair, stains, etc.) may incur additional charges or require rescheduling.
We reserve the right to decline service if the condition of the vehicle poses a risk to our crew or equipment.
5. Liability & Damage
Rinzer Wash is not liable for pre-existing damage, faulty parts, poor paint jobs, or defects.
We are not responsible for damage due to normal cleaning processes (e.g., loose trims, degraded seals).
Any damage claims must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion with photo evidence.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You must provide access to the vehicle and ensure it is unlocked, with keys available if needed.
Please remove all valuables and personal items from the vehicle. We are not liable for missing or damaged belongings.
You must ensure we have safe, legal access to your driveway or work location.
7. Service Area
We operate in all areas listed in service areas.
Services outside these areas may incur a travel fee or be declined at our discretion.
8. Weather Policy
Services may be postponed due to rain, storms, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions.
We’ll notify you ASAP and reschedule at your convenience.
9. Promotions
Discount codes or promotions must be applied at booking and cannot be combined.
First-time customer offers apply only once per household.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to abusive behavior, unsafe conditions, or fraudulent activity.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
